Today at around 1:10 P.M., a fire within Paradise Bakery at 1825 W Glenoaks Blvd was reported to the Glendale Fire Department. Firefighter units reported to the scene and are currently putting the fire out. There is currently an active fire in the ceiling, and it is being extinguished by the firefighter crew. The root cause of the fire seems to be from an oven that was left on. After the initial start of the fire from the oven, the fire seems to have spread throughout the bakery. The active fire is currently contained and almost fully put out.
